i would have to say cordelia and faith are tied then willow then buffy but b4 all of them would be spike and angel

Buffy is very attractive, but all it took was me seeing Willow in the leather outfit from the episodes "The Wish" and "Doppelgangland" to know which one I preferred. Hot! Plus, she's a lesbian, which is always a plus on the hotness factor.

A tough call, but I have to say Willow - she did the goth thing, the hippie thing and the nerd girl thing and was cute each time.
Faith was no doubt the hottest on the show, however.
