The most intelligent question that I've ever been asked was during an introduction by one person to another. The question that I was asked was, "Is it your pleasure to meet me, or my pleasure to meet you?" This was the most awkward and thought provoking question that I had been asked in years. Perhaps not the best in most people's realms, but in my boring existence it ranked at the top 100. I ended up telling the person that it was their pleasure to meet me because now their life could be more fulfilled. That line didn't go over too well but I think that the response is the correct one.

For a person who spells a word "intellegant" it would have to be something that could be answered with crayons.

I think it would have to be when my husband asked me to marry him. Honestly. It was the smartest thing he could have done at the time, and his life has been better for having asked it.

Just plain and simple "why?" It shows so much...
The person is thinking, inquisitive, wants to understand, eager to learn, willing to put forth effort, and wants to grow.
