yea i need to buy something but i need to figure out how to convert Rio's into American Dollars

I dont' know of any currency called the 'Rio." But if you're talking about Brazilian Reals that are used in Rio, Brazil, then the rate there is about 2.19 reals per dollar.

Try yahoo finance, they have online conversion!
