Greenhouse effect is a fact of our atmosphere. We've always had it. All planets with atmospheres have a greenhouse effect.

Global warming is when the greenhouse effect gets a little stronger, like now.

Most people say "climate change" now instead of "global warming" because some people don't realise that global warming might involve local cooling (say northern and western europe, which could get very cold if the North Atlantic Drift disappears, which it might). So "climate change" is suitably open to accomodate all kinds of effects.

Global warming is the result of things like the 'greenhouse effect'. It happens quite normally and has done ever since the Earth was formed. We cannot stop it or hange it - it will follow its own course but greenhouse gasses like carbon dioxide sit in the atmosphere and trap hot air that would otherwise escape. This tends to add to the warming effect - though the differene it makes is tiny! Volcanoes do far more polluting than all our cars! So, in a nutshell, greenhouse effect we can control up to a point (a very small point!) whilst global warming is completely outside our control.

Global warming is the spread increase in temperature all over the world.

The greenhouse effect is the process in which heat gets trapped in the Earth's atmosphere, like a greenhouse.

Same thing. Almost.
Greenhouse effect is what is causing the global warming. In theory the Global warming is part of the Greenhouse effect.

Cause end effect.
(Although in this case the effect is the cause.)

greenhouse effect: The warming of the atmosphere by the trapping of longwave radiation being radiated to space. The gases most responsible for this effect are water vapor and carbon dioxide.

global warming: A gradual warming of the Earth's atmosphere reportedly caused by the burning of fossil fuels and industrial pollutants.

I still remember this question.

Hmm...If I am not wrong, my teacher pointed out that
Greenhouse Effect is actually a good thing as it keeps the Earth warm.Without this effect,we would be in the ice age.Keeps the temperature constant.

Global warming is an effect influenced by pollutants and gases. They RAISE the temperature and it is a bad bad thing.
