Green leafy veggies are the best for a variety of reasons, but they can fill you up and are low in calories, but high in vitamins, melons are the better fruits as they are not as high in sugars so they say best way is eat more veggies than fruits and workout

you cant overdose on a certain fruit or vegetable and hope to lose weight. You have to eat a well balanced diet with a lot of fruits and veggies... dont eat too much... excersise...

...but i hear dblueberries were natures perfect food ... ;)
