If you go on the author's website she has info on it. I've heard summer 2007, though. Which by the way is also when the 5th movie is supposed to hit theaters.

Ok, here is the scheduled release date for the seventh and final Harry Potter book. July 7, 2007 (07-07-07).

The seventh Harry Potter book is to be released next summer. Judging by the times when JK released the title of her other books, she will probably releasing it sometime later this year or early next year. I think that the book will be released sometime in July next year, close to the fifth movie.
