dont see why not since both eat veggies and no meat....i would add to a pile and make sure it is spread out and sits for a bit so that way you will know after it sits for a bit how it will do on your plants and to prevent burning your plants up

i have a composter and a pile because i cant get the composter to work quick enough with all our kitchen waste...lol..the funny thing is i have tomatoes and potatoes growing in the pile...free plants that produce food...what more could you want

Make sure to mix it with other organic stuff . It helps to add sand and lime into that mixture. Keep it fairly moist. It should turn into dark crumbly soil.
