if he knows that u like him then sure he is makin u jealous but if he does'nt know then maybe he likes someone else

its either he's trying to make u jealous or he's telling the truth that he has a crush on someone else, i guess u should have a chat with him, ask him whether he was serious about what he said and tell him ur feelings all over again.
