In the Uk theres new stuff called safe n white, which is meant to be less harsh, no peroxide etc and gentle on gums. You can get a whitener pen thing which i'm trying out, i think my teeth are a couple of shades whiter! Its easier than faffing around with trays n crap! U can get it in boots-plus is on special offer at mo bonus!

I agree with daflex. I wish I'd copied my mum who's always cleaned her teeth with a small dab of salt on the brush. She's now 85 and has all her (perfectly white) teeth.

baking soda works, so does cutting strawberries in half and rubbing the inside of them on your teeth! natural teeth whitener and it tastes nice too!
