Humans are animals. We are stimulated like any other. But the key is our free will. We can overcome the stimulation with our will. If a man sees an attractive woman, he may be stimulated by her appearance, but he can suppress that stimulation if his moral fiber and will are stronger than his physical desire. Arousal is a sexual emotion. Just like anger and embarrassment can be suppressed or overcome, arousal can be overcome as well. It's a choice that has to be made in a split second before the natural instincts kick in. I would suggest that you pray for him (assuming you have faith) and that both of you follow the Bible's prescription in 1 Corinthians 7 where Paul teaches husbands and wives to share intimacy all the time so there will be no opportunities for temptation to come between them. He even describes lack of intimacy as defrauding each other. I hope this helps.

if you are away from your spouse or loved one you will get lonely and eventually be tempted that's just human nature. It's hard but it can happen, hopefully this doesn't happen to you; however, if it does maybe the two of you can sit down and talk it out...the only real way to solve anything. Now don't think he doesn't love you like i said before it's just human nature for any person to feel this way. It can go both ways, have you felt lonely while your husband been away?

You have to ask a specific question - you cannot sollicit for people to write very private things here on the internet - everybody can read that.

Especially as you seem not to be prepared to write anything yourself.

If you are a sociaologist you should understand this is a scientific research method that is totally unacceptable.

I'm sure everyone in a commited relationship is tempted at some point or another. What matters is if they act on their temptation or not, and if they truely love someone the wont.

We are only human. but stay strong. He will come home and you will know. Trust in any relationship is challenging. Remember Men are different to women. He is probably over there trying to get the both of you ahead, while you are at home thinking the worst with to much time on your hands. You married him because
HE IS YOUR GUY! Believe in him
Tell him your fears and work through it

The man away and the wife at home...both get tempted. Will one act out??? Men do have the ability to stay faithful to their marriage while away...it comes down to character.

Love and sexual temptation have nothing to do with each other.
Yes...... men are tempted all the time - whether Love is present or not. Thats harder to sort out than people often believe.

Love is stronger than most people think.

There will always be temptation as soon as you walk out that door.
I personally don't ever want to know if my spouse was cheating. I love my wife and wouldn't want anything to change so if she did slip up at anytime and I don't know great. Let's keep it that way...
