well, i honestly dont know a whole lot about go-karts, but i can tell you that i have a 250cc motorcycle (2009 Kawasaki Ninja) AND a 600cc motorcycle (2005 Yamaha R6) and granted that they are motorcycles, but they have the same engine sizes... the 250 tops out at about 110mph, and the 600 tops out at about 170mph, both which are WELL beyond what youll want to do in a go-kart... it also would depend on what type of terrain you will be riding on (mostly flat desert-land, or hill/mountainous areas?). Any passengers or a single-seater? Sorry if this doesn't help at all, as i stated i dont know much about go-karts...

It is under the left hand side panel (facing forward sat on bike).
Unlock the seat and you can see the top of it between the plastic and the frame tube, it's held on a frame bracket by a rubber support.

.i have a bandit 1200 k5 ,on this model it is located behind the rear brake light ,before this bike i had a bandit 600 k2 which was in the same place .so i would think yours will be the same . hope this helps you

You mean your turn signal relay? Look for the fuse panel, wherever that is, probably under the saddle, somewhere...maybe under a side panel, too...

like mick m said its on. the left hand side, as your sitting on it under the plastic side cover bellow the seat, ive changed mine tonight

I was told by my dealer that they didn't have relays anymore, I don't know how that is possible.
