How can I publish my own book? Who are the people should I ask for the publication?

I am writitng a lotta poems and short stories. I want to publish and sell it even here only in the city. I just don't know to whom should I ask for help regarding this matter.

You should try and get a literary agent. After that they will approach publishers with your work.
