Exam nerves and anxiety about events or flying. Apprehension which grows into a sweaty panic the more you think about the event. May also have upset stomach and diarrhoea.

Keep a small stuffed toy or ball on your desk/work area, and when you are feeling stressed or tired, squeeze the life out it repeatedly - I have got a teddy bear and a cat on my desk and when I get pins and needles in my arm or I feel stressed I squeeze them.
