Exam nerves and anxiety about events or flying. Apprehension which grows into a sweaty panic the more you think about the event. May also have upset stomach and diarrhoea.

Keep a small stuffed toy or ball on your desk/work area, and when you are feeling stressed or tired, squeeze the life out it repeatedly - I have got a teddy bear and a cat on my desk and when I get pins and needles in my arm or I feel stressed I squeeze them.

Just relaaaaaax. Don't show your nervousness otherwise your subordinates may take undue advantage of your nervousness and would become more smart than you. Show the signs of your leadership.
