if you have the email in outlook just drag the email to the desktop and open it with notepad, you will have to look through it carefully because some IPs on there will be from the servers it goes through to get to you

Depending on your email editor, this information should be presented in the header of the email.
You can check your own IP by going to Start->Run and type CMD and then type IP CONFIG in the DOS Prompt.

This site will allow you to enter the domain name of the sender's email (assuming it's not cloaked). You can check by IP address or domain name.

IP addresses in e-mails are in the e-mail header. In Yahoo! mail, click "View Full Headers" while view the e-mail. In Outlook, click View->headers.

u can find your ip by typing "netstat -n" in the command prompt (Start-->Program-->Accessories-->Command Prompt), it will show u the in & outs of all ur connections.
