I agree with the first answer too lol! I am female and I have seen too many women scream sexual harassment because they didn't get what they wanted. They also do this because they know that they have the upper hand. I had a coworker who didn't like the new manager so she was going to accuse him of sexual harassment to get rid of him. He did nothing to her so I tipped him off. It was a good thing too because he was trying to become a police officer. She could have ruined his life because she "didn't like him".
I have worked in jobs that are predominantly male and I haven't had any major problems. I also let people know up front what is ok and what isn't. Too many women will flirt and then scream when it doesn't go their way.

I don't really understand, but I'll attempt to answer anyway.
My definition of sexual harassment: the unwanted touching, gestures or speech, sexual in nature, directed at any person(s). Rape (the unwanted/unconsented sex with another) may also be considered sexual harassment.
The victims of sexual harassment are the persons who were 'attacked', so to say. They do have the right to justice, but the first thing they should think about is getting a bit of therapy; they can do the justice thing as part of their therapy. After all, they need to be emotionally well, if at all possible.
The person(s) being harassed usually feel angry, depressed, upset, scared -- any mixture of feelings. They're probably traumatized, and they might be scared of touching or getting close to anyone. They may turn away from either the gender who had attacked them, or perhaps turn away from everyone. This would probably be temporary, as long as they get proper therapy.
I hope I answered well enough for you?

I'm gonna use my imagination on this one....1) Helpless.. like she has lost control...2)The victim is not the person whose doing it. im most cases, women, and or children. 3)Yes, any victim has a right for justice. A Human right has been violated. 4)The reaction may be: the person tries to fight, realises they are not going to win., they can either cry, scream, or comply out of fear or shock. 6) There are no advantages of being a victim, however, one can become more aware of certain situations, and become more aggressive. Cons: Living with thie traumatic memory. The Perpetuator: Pros. a slight rush of power. Cons: Jail, Suicide, and or rejection from society, and or huilt and if it exists , time in hell.

sexual harassment as it is today is very subjective. Two men can hit on a woman in exactly the same way, but based on whether a woman finds a man cute and the other not cute, it may be sexual harassment. So a man can be brought up on charges for making the mistake of being attracted to a woman who doesn't find him cute. Its a silly law for silly people. Legislators need to stop appealing to the stupidity in women and give them real choices.

No, it isn't. conserving somebody else has a more desirable butt than somebody else isn't sexual harassment. properly, in my opinion besides. i think once you're truly THAT indignant, and it by some skill indignant you sexually, you would possibly want to document a criticism, yet I doubt any action will be taken.
