I am in another country, and when I talk to my wife I geuss I allways think that certain tasks shouldn't be that hard for her, but she always seems to have an excuse of why they don't get done, I can't do them from 3000 miles away, but I get on her about them and it turn into an argument. I then usually get worked up and start calling her worthless, stupid, dumb......etc. I love her and I feel bad about it. I know the easy way to be the best husband I can is just stop, but it seems to be out of my control..... What should I do.

You say that you think certain tasks shouldn't be that hard for her, so how about you try to do those tasks and see for yourself if they're hard or not? Put in mind as well that it's not easy for a woman to live 3000 miles away from her husband.

Anyway, you'll have to choose between not liking to be wrong and keeping your wife.

I'd like to know one thing.... why are you treating her like she is your daughter? The more you act that way, the more she is going to feel like you are a father figure. If your fighting over petty stuff like that, maybe you need to take a look back at why you love and married her in the first place? So you can play drill sarg? Life is too short to ***** about little things that will still be there the next day.
You say its out of your control, well to me thats a piss poor excuse just not to get help for your anger. Get counseling and get over it .

If you don't stop calling her names and talking to her like she is a child or trash, you will push her away from you. No one likes being treated like that. She has a lot of responsibility on her since you are in another country. When you call, she wants to hear you love her, and miss her, not senseless name calling and hurtful words. Keep being mean to her and she will leave you. Don't take things out on her. She is your wife, show love. Get help if you need it,but think about her feelings.

First off in you are a soldier in this pointless war, my heart goes out to you. I'm sorry our president's greed has forced you into this millitary action.

Secondly You need to find out what counceling options are offered for your unit. and take advantage of them. Sometimes you need a little help to find a good outlet for anger, and there is nothing wrong with getting some advice.

What do you mean you cannot control yourself?

What kind of a man cannot control himself and call his wife names. Over the phone too. You wimp!

This is the crappiest excuse I ever heard. If you love your wife call her apologize, promise that you will never do it again and STICK to your promise.

Talk to, consult a counselor, advisor, priest- whatever is
available wherever you are. First by yourself, then together
with her. Confess your sin(s) to whatever God you believe in, then confess them just as profusely to her. Then get her some
flowers.
