3.A Bill on any current economic or social value, for example child labour law, women’s reservation, free medical care bill.
4.Documents on procedures.
5.Questions of different types and a reply to any two non-starred questions.
6.A debate / speech on any issue either from the government or opposition side

Bhai mere, you are asking too much on this. Would suggest search on net for Youth Parliament and you would get lot of material as also read Parliament proceedings to get better idea.
