What good are the vows made before God and the world if you don't stand by them. What good is his word if he leaves. He can not be truly trusted for his word is of no value. Values start in the home and are projected out to the world. And they wonder why the family is being attacked. Every one wants to do what is right in their own eyes. No moral standards values

So many answers... dude you're very young. Don't say that "I am a student so I don't get time for anything". You have all the time. Eat whatever you want to. Just go outside in evening and play some outdoor games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you can. Play football daily for an hour or two and you'll see the changes.

I'd make sure she took care of her health,and get on a program to loose the fat.
