In some ways, pretty drastically, but in some ways I am also still consistently myself.

Yes of course, I am no longer 14, but 24, so my body has been through many changes and also my attitude. I moved countries at 21, so the last 3 years have been one massive learning curve on how to live with different cultures. I would say that I am a more understanding and tolerant person than what I was.

Of course. I went from being 41 years old to 51 years old. My hair is more grey, when I don't color it. And my skin is much more saggy and wrinkled. Also I can't move as well as I could ten years ago, cause of arthritis hurts too much. Also my heart disease, asthma and diabetes keeps me from doing a lot of the things I used to ten years ago.

I have changed so much in the last 10 years. I believe I have changed for the better. I am more mature in my actions, in my thoughts and even in the words I say. I like myself more now because 10 years ago, I rebel at just whatever rules that my elders make follow. Now, I understand the necessity of such rules. Now, I see the results of making adult decisions because at the end of it all, whatever decision I make, still go back to me. :)

Daniel, I've come to the conclusion that your questions are the only worthwhile ones here at Yahoo.
I wish I'd of kept a diary, but I think I've gotten stupider, fatter and uglier. Not that I liked myself much before then. My kids and my husband loves me, so I can't complain. I must have worth of some sort. I think I reach a peak every so often when I think I've finally grown and I'm so wise, but I think in reality, I'm just fooling myself. (I DO have my tongue in my cheek alot, though. It's good to laugh at myself. So long as others aren't laughing AT me, I'm OK)

A 180 degree change. I had been told for years that it was a rats race and that the rats were winning. It took some serious medical conditions in order for that point to be driven home. It was time to slow things down.

It has to be in different ways, mentally, spiritually, religiously, economically and physically. Well physically every one do but the rest depends on if how much you work over it as none of them comes to you free but you need to spend time on it. However, I think we get matured by time as every day brings us a new lesson even if we just try to live the life as it comes to us....

Definitely, I loved one unconditionally, I lost that one due to death, I found love for no reason but loved unconditionally again. I still do so, but have been unable to achieve the physical contact that is needed when one loves unconditionally, so I am moving on with that love still in my heart forever but it is beyond my reach.........
