If i had my time again, i would pick the subjects that People in business look for, when going through CV's.
Maths
English
Any Language
Computing
Physics
Chemistry
and then anything else. History and Geography and Bolology and the like are all interesting but not any use in the real world, EVEN if you intend doing that as a career!

:)

Maths, English, English Lit, Science, RE, Geography, Drama, French, German.

I wish I had done a technology or art course as I am quite 'crafty' and it would have been useful in my current job (working with kids, it is always useful to be able to 'make and do').

I chose my subjects a year ago now, and now have a year until the exams. We have to take Maths, English, Science, RE and ICT for the GCSE course, but I also chose to do History, German and a Diploma in Digital Applications (ICT) as well.
