Thank you Bee, I also used the singular word "this" when I meant to say these. I'll go kill myself now because of my bad grammar at 4:50 in the morning, thanks.

So there's a helicopter, a tank, a submarine and a jet/UFO if you will.

First off it's fake. It is a photo taken of a prop used in Stargate the series. Someone tried to pass it off as a time travel/alien abduction conspiracy to sell a newsletter. or paper or something. You'd be amazed of the TV and movie props you can obtain off the Internet.

These photographs have been mentioned on Yahoo!Answers before and are a major feature in any number of "documentaries" about ancient aliens and other such nonsense. I've pasted below my previous answer which still holds true.
The image of the "helicopter" is supposedly from the temple of Seti I at Abydos. As is explained below, there are a number of problems with the hieroglyphics shown in the photograph. I'd also add that I've chatted with the gaffirs (guards) at the Seti temple, who are local residents. These men, in addition to the money they are paid to guard the site, also earn money by getting tips from tourists for showing them various "special" parts of the temple. Some of them make stuff up, some of them actually know a reasonable amount about the temple, the inscriptions, and the relief imagery shown in the temple. None of them ever mentioned the "helicopter" to me - and they would have, if only because they probably would have found it funny. Now, while there is a language barrier (my Arabic is rotten), most of the guards speak fairly decent English, and can at least make their meaning understood - while they did point out to me some modern graffiti on a bare concrete reconstruction block (a really amusing attempt by someone to draw Anubis), they didn't show me the helicopter.
I've been to the Seti Temple myself and worked in the broader Abydos region. From what I've seen of the photos of the relief inscriptions with the "helicopter" and whatnot they are either a trick of light and distance as the inscription in question, from what I've been able to tell from the numerous websites spouting this information, is on a lintel piece or ceiling span or the photos have been retouched or the angle is such that it has warped some of the glyphs to appear to be what they are not.
I have noticed in examining the photos available on the internet that the hieroglyphs surrounding the "helicopter" etc are rather oddly stretched and not at all like what one would expect for the time period or the rest of the hieroglyphs in the temple. This suggests to me retouching of the photographs.
It should also be pointed out that the temple was reconstructed from the original fallen blocks during the early 20th Century. The blocks had been fallen for some time and were exposed to weathering and other damage which has blurred some of the glyphs and could lead someone who is not an expert to jump to conclusions that are not legitimate. Again, in examining the photographs available on-line the block in question seems to have been damaged slightly. And, again, the angle of the photo is a problem.
Suggestions that the ancient Egyptians were possessed of knowledge ahead of their times, assisted by aliens, descendants of Atlanteans, etc. is nothing new. The ancient Greeks were highly respectful of the even more ancient Egyptians. Arab and medieval Europeans were fascinated by what they knew of Egypt and despite an unfamiliarity with the language and an inability to translate hieroglyphs drew all sorts of conclusions about the ancient Egyptians. Indeed, part of the delay in a decipherment of ancient Egyptian stems from a belief that it was a magical or deeply symbolic script rather than an ordinary script used for writing an ordinary language.
The Egyptians were perfectly capable of building the monuments they did without outside assistance or special abilities. Nor were they possessed of "modern" technology or machines. There has been no other substantiated evidence of engines or flying vehicles in ancient Egypt in the past 200 years or so of digging.
There are those who will say that I am wrong and that is a possibility. Many of the people who publish books about ancient aliens, Atlanteans, and the "helicopter" of Abydos, etc. would say that I am part of the "establishment" as I am a senior graduate student in Egyptology/archaeology (MA degree and all but dissertation at this point). That's fine. But I've looked at all of the things they've suggested and presented as evidence and I cannot share their conclusions based on my own knowledge and experience.
