How can I increase or dedicate all bandwith to certain ports for downloading?

specifically using a peer to peer network through a wireless network (not limewire but bitlord 1.1 for torrent files)

I suggest you use azureus to download torrents. Nothing to specify for bandwidth for particular port. Once the torrent have enuf seeders and leechers your speed will pickup nicely.
