CTV released their Degrassi Season 6 Press Release today. A few big surprises first off with the cast. It looks like everyone is returning except Hazel, Joey, and Caitlin. That includes Sean, Ashley, Craig, Paige, Marco, Alex, Jay, and Ellie as well as almost the whole rest of the cast that was in season 5. There were also a few plots revealed, Jimmy delves into his sexuality while being confined to his wheel chair, there's a school rivalry, a tragic accident, Ellie and an older man, one student will go to jail, and of course as we heard before someone dies. Basically your standard year at Degrassi. Here is the PR below:

You really need to take a step back and take a breath! This is JUST a television program!! You can probably stop giving us their press release now! I think that we've all read it about 6 times now!
