They are no of ways, simplest would be that you could install a keylogger software on her computer. That way whatever she types on her computer would be saved in txt file and so would be her password.

hope this helps

Hmm, that's something we here like to call hacking which is illegal in this good ol' country we live in. So, it's best to not guess and either 1) give up or 2) ask her. I don't get what the big deal is for knowing a friends password... it's invading her privacy.

One of two ways. First, do a search for 'script kiddies'. That should explain plenty.

Second, you'd need years of experience and knowledge in computer security to even start to 'hack'. What OS, what programs, what server? What you didnt say speaks volumes.

Or howzabout this, yes you can get it. Go for it. When you understand how you got it and can duplicate it across the web, then youll get a big congrats.

But contempt aside, good luck. Most people watch hackers and then turn their iMac's on and ask how to be s0oper l33t. Take it easy, boyo.

There is a way but it is HIGHLY ILLEGAL!!
If she said it was ok,,,, then I would try some passwords like; password / 12345 / 'Their first name' or some other lame password.
My sister usto have "password" as her password till I showed her how lame it was.
To anyone reading this, IF you have a lame password like the samples above YOU deserve to get hacked into.

Please read the community guidelines, For asking questions of an illegal nature you risk getting your Yahoo ID deleated.
