Sounds like a infection. Try keeping the area dry,& you should either see a Dr. or ask a Pharmist, what you can use over the counter for now.It's a must to keep very clean, if not circumsized, because bacteria can manifest very quick! Also try to sleep with out the clothes,& let air get to it to help kill any germs.Hope this helps.

Can't answer that unless I know your personal hygiene and sexual habits. Do you go for safe sex? do you bathe often? DO YOU CHANGE YOUR UNDIES DAILY? if your answered NO to these questions, I won't be surprised why the itch!

they could be penis warts, herpies simplex or smegma that has build up and hard to wash off. Bathe daily and if you are having sex, protect.
