For me it would be a pacific tribe who knows how to live in Harmony with the Earth and who does not pursue constant self gratification at the expense of others or nature itself....

Probably the romans. they conquered most of th known world, and invented things like toilets, and sewers and aqueducts.Much of the things they built are still standing after 2000 years.

The Roman Empire! They ruled!!! Everything was amazing, from their culture, arquitecture, their war strategies, etc, there is so much history to read on that, it would take forever to describe.
