probably subway...it depends what you get to eat, though. a small ice cream cone from mcdonalds is healthier than a burger king cheese buger or any kfc chicken.

Subway, because they have a faboulous website to help you calculate your food intake. Pizza Hut is pretty good for sit down in that respect too. Arby's & Wendy's isn't too bad either. Just give up on Burger King, Carl's Jr, Hardee's and A&W.

Subway Sandwich Shop. The commercial is true---you can lose weight like the man in it proclaims.

The customer can order their sandwich with whatever ingredients they want (that is offered by them, of course). They have sandwiches for beef eaters and vegetarians. If you do not want a sandwich, you may select their platter meals.

Most importantly, they do not fry their food. Many fast food restaurants are clogging our arteries with the 'infamous' trans acid fat.

It's not the place but the items that you order that matters.

You can order salads but if you put on a ton of dressing it's still unhealthy.

Read the nutrition value charts posted in fast food restaurants.

Music forces you to eat more. According to a report by the journal Psychology and Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage someone to take time over your food, so you consume more meals. So, switch off – silence is likely to make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.
