Have u ever heard the name of Azad Market?? It is the best place to buy a sleeping bag. If you don't know the location then I can give you the idea. You can approach there from 2-3 places like Sadar Bazar, Tees Hazari Courts, Old Delhi Railway Station, ask any rickshaw puller to take you to Azad Market.

You can try the market at Karol bagh for nice ones.
But check before you buy, there are some poor quality items sold at cheaper rates too there.

If you can't locate any, take your chances calling at 2222 2222 and 4444 4444, perhaps they have someone for sure selling the stuff and registered on their data bank.
