I'd wait for them to be tried and convicted before making them guilty by word. No action such as that is called for, but I wouldn't believe it to be true unless they were convicted. If they've been convicted and I don't know, then I'd claim they are just as bad as the terrorists they are fighting.
Btw: All nations are brainwashed, learn to accept the simple truth: We'll never be in control of our governments.
