I always like to keep my oven clean and wash it after each use either by soap and water or a spray if it is heavily stained. I am looking for an alternative to the spray as it's fumes are not good for me healthwise, any suggestions?

Hi, "Easy Off" has a fume-less oven cleaner that works great. I spray the "cold" oven the night before and wipe it clean the next morning.

Generally speaking, if you preheat the oven first that is what causes all the fumes. A cold oven usually does not release all the fumes in the air. Most oven cleaners recommend preheating your oven to about 200 degrees Fahrenheit. In my opinion that is still too hot.
