practice is the main thing...

By increasing your writing speed you may get it done faster but may compramise the standerd of the litriture with regards to clarity of the material, spelling mistakes and also handwritting.

When writting for a long time give yourself a brak and this will allow your wrisdt to recharge....

u need to practise writing ,ask someone to dictate some written paragraphs to u daily first slowly and then increase the speed do this daily.it works

put 4 fingers on one side of the keyboard and four on the other and just type over and over the letters that u feel

then gradually move your fingers across to the other keys and keep doing this until u r comfortable that u know where they r.

Its called touch typing

just keep practising

Memorise what you want to write and concentrate on what you are writing.But also know that when you write too fast, sometimes, you won't be able to read what you have written down.

Just keep practising but don't push yourself too hard. Unless you want to be secretary, who would normally use shorthand during dictations, its better to concentrate on improving your handwriting.
Quality NOT quantity!!!
