my girlfriend is accusing me from raping her little sister.. but i didnt do it.. promise..?

i think her little sister is making that story up. but what can i do because its her little sister. she even said that i got her pregnant. what should i do?

well if the kid is Pregant she can have a DNA test done ... and there would be proof either way....one way of the other the girl needs help.

If she's actually accusing you of rape and is serious about it, before anything else you NEED legal representation. Get yourself a lawyer. All of this needs to be done with a lawyer. Establish the facts of her story-- where, when, how she says it happened, and if you really didn't do it, see if you can prove that you were somewhere else at the time she says you did it, with anything, a reliable alibi who was with you at the time, an ATM receipt, anything that will prove you were anywere but where she says you were. Also, since she says she's pregnant, this could really help your case. If she isn't pregnant, she's lying right there, and that's a reason for a jury to disbelieve her if it comes down to he-said-she-said. If she is pregnant, in many cases a rape trial can be delayed, and if you can delay it until the baby is born, get a DNA test to see if its yours. If its not, youre home free. Of course, this assumes you didn't do anything with her, even consensual...

If she's serious about the accusation, whether or not she pursues legal action, it might be worth your while to talk to a lawyer anyway. A rape accusation can destroy someone's life, and if you can prove she's lying you have a major case against her. The way you phrase the question I'm guessing both of you are minors, but depending how your states' laws work your parents might be able to sue the pants off her parents. Regardless, if she is at all serious, get a lawyer, you WILL need one!

Think maybe it went something more like this?: Got a little sum, sum from baby sis, got her pregnant and to keep her older sister from hating her or kicking her *** she told your girl that you raped her? that is a serious life ruining accusation, and you should tell lyour parents, hers bring it out in the open, demand a test dna or whatever to clear your name

wow....is she preggo? I would first off maybe think about getting a new gf...cuz that kinda stuff can get you in jail...and thats all you need. But I would start putting distance between you too...cuz like I said...you may be barking up the wrong tree...
