no u dont coz it is just like a normal process specially in india. plz dont mind but could u understand patiently if some one propose ur sister as u propose some one. it is not easy that if some one accept ur proposal sudden. so leave this idea to propose anybody. leave it on heaven.

U dont have to feel guilty. U had just expressed your feelings for her and proposed her. There are two options (i) she was not expecting this from you - so what you were loving her. One day or other you had to propose her if ur love is true she will agree. (ii) She is just pretending to be angry . (some girls do)
In both the cases WAIT and let things settle on their own. Dont say sorry or anything of that sort ........... ok

That is crazy! You have done absolutely nothing wrong whatsoever.Dont you dare feel guilty.You wanted to spend your life with this girl,because you love her.That is not a crime.She is not worthy of your love and affection.you deserve to be treated with love and respect.Women do not react angrily to a proposal,they either excitedly say yes,or tactfully say no.she was bang out of order.You have to talk to her to find out why she got angry for no apparent reason.she doesnt sound right in the head to me.

At 41 years of age, women have reacted in many differant ways to my decleration of my feelings, they have gotten scared, flustered, frustrated, shy, standoffish, down right blew me off as just another good time, and yes even jumped for joy. But I have never, ever pissed a woman off by declaring my love for her, so this can mean one of only two things...............either she's totally nuts, or you're a stalker and she has already rejected you 37 times and you have a restraining order out on you. Either way, find someone else.

if the girl became angry then it means that she does not want a long term relationship with you.
