most people are going to say english because well they speak english and think they are the dominate species but they are wrong it's mandarin spoken by 1.2 billion people. while english is only spoken by 480 million people. better do your research next time before you open your mouth.

well the most important (internationaly) language is obviously *English* but according to the population on planet Earth, Chinese should be the most spoken, cause there are almost 3,000 million of those Asian ppl... more than the half of the population of the whole world!.. second should be English, third Spanish...
