check out potential surgeons thoroughly. don't go the cheapest route...there's usu a reason why that person's the cheapest. it may cost u more in the long run because u may have to go back to another MD to fixed a botched lipo job. check out whether his medical license is clean and whether he's board certified. check out before/after pics. ask a lot of questions.

Lipo is not the best alternative because it hurts and very hazarduos. Why don't you exercise and eat less.

Don't get it! The fat will just come back in other places on your body.
