The best person you can see is your former supervisor and seek a recommendation from him or her as to why you should be hired back. Then write an application letter stating your reason for quitting and how in the two months, you have changed the situation to suit the better of both you and mostly the organization. You have to view it from the company point of view. In the letter, include any major accomplishment you have achieved with the company and do not forget to say you are trurly sorry for not solving the problem in another way.

Deliver the letter together with the recommendation from your superior to the HR department and demand to see the Incharge and explain your cause.

I wish all you the best.

Write to your company(HR) applying for your job if the position is still vacant stating why you left the company. Elaborate on the financial difficulty the transfer caused. Tell them you left the company because the rise in the transportation cost as a result of the transfer practically left you bankrupt. Make your explanation be the covering note for you re-application.

Telling the truth is always be the best solution. You don't need to create a reason, especially in the work field where honesty is really counted. If you are not accepted, you can always find another company to join. Always love your job but never love your company because you'll never know when the company will stop loving you.
