Present yourself to people you know in India that you need a girl friend. Contact you friends and relatives to meet Indian girls. Do not be shy but be aggressive. If you do not know anybody thereat, place a placard in front of you and advertise your intention.

Well if your name is Frank there can't, as you say, be to many there so I suggest you put signs up on power poles etc saying "Where are you ( her name )" ? and sign them Frank. Don't forget to put your phone number on it too.

that's not true you just dont show off much and never hurt anybody's feeling and always be good to everyone. it will take time but you will get a good friend even she will not be your girl friend. she can also be your girl friend if you are lucky,
