I assume that you've had the pain for awhile and that it's not going away. If that's the case, I'd see a doctor.

That would be the hymen area. Were you a virgin? Did you have vigourous sex? Or frequent sex? It could also be you were lubricated enough, more foreplay is needed in that case.
