I would like to make a japanese girlfriends to be wife, so I would like to know something about japanese girl before dating. I am not japanese, so .....

Is that why you want a Japanese girl? Because you believe they are meek? Someone you can easily control?

What they are in their own culture is polite and respectful. But don't mistake that for meek. Times have changed and so have stereotypical perceptions. Here in the US they are like many other women, which means they can have one of many personalities. Many are well educated and very intelligent, as with any race. Your stereotypical perception comes from an old culture, not the race. Things have changed even in Japan, but introduce them to another culture and they will adapt as any person would.

Personally, I don't understand how you could choose a race and then decide your wife will come out of that group. There seems to be something lacking in this process.
