Coz their face is the size of your palm, their finger is big enough to wrap around your finger, and they are so NAIVE.
That's what makes them cute.

There is actually scientific and psychological evidence of my statement:
Babies (Animal and human) are "cute" because it is a natural defense system. It's proven that humans, and animals alike, are drawn to things that're cute, small, and fluffy. Take a baby fox for example. It's large doe eyes, oversized fluffy head, etc. If this said baby fox is orphaned, there is a greater chance that if it is (defined as) 'cute' in a potential adoptive mother's eyes, that it will be accepted. (Scientists have preformed studies of this).
The same goes for human babies. The maternal, "Aww" instinct will kick in. Babies who tend to be cuter to parents that are not their birth parents will be more likely to be adopted and cared for. It's also a natural selective process. Select the most beautiful baby, to match yourself. If you raise a beautiful baby into a beautiful man, your child will pass the good genes along.

One of the reasons that babies are so cute is that there eyes adult size at birth making them have this "deer eye" over-size look.
Marketers use this with pictures to have you like the person that they are using to push there products, it is done at a very small level so seems like it's not there.

Baby are cutes just because you feel it that way
they look cute because they look so weak, Innocent and wont harm you.
but some of them doest look cute thou, maybe it's just a matter of their shape ^_^ hehehe ^^

Oh I love them.There is no baby that isn't cute.I really don't know why.It is not genetics it is something else.
