in case you go with the seem, power, and technologies of a activity bike with the convenience of a cruiser or twin-activity, i opt to propose the Yamaha FZ6. The FZ6 is technically categorised by ability of Yamaha as a "SuperSport", even nonetheless this is rather greater of a activity-common or activity-traveling. It has an identical engine because of the fact the R6 (very sporty, redline at approximately 15k, good velocity of possibly one hundred forty or so), yet a marginally diverse gearing, to make it greater tame at low speeds, and much less complicated to holiday. for the reason that's a activity-common, meaning which you sit down greater upright, it fairly is greater delicate for long distances than a activity bike. another super advantageous properties: - 4 cylinder engine - Disc brakes front and rear - gas injection (not greater managing a choke!) - gas gauge (not greater reserve tank) i've got been rather happy with my 2007. It has greater power than you will ever choose, yet for the reason that's a 4 cylinder and this is geared properly, you will on no account discover it getting out from decrease than you except you tell it to.

I had a Suzuki DRZ 400S which I loved, but I am not so sure about their 250. I would probably go with the kawasaki KLX300.
