Wash with cetaphil every morning w/ your fingers, and every night with a face cloth, and every time after breaking out in a sweat, such as from the gym or something. Drink lots of water. Eats lots of veggies and fruits and whole grains. Get your bowel movements going. Constipation is a sign of break outs, sadly. Stay away from processed sugars and junk food like that. If all that doesnt' work......I guess the next bet is ProActive. Proactive didn't work for me...it overdried me and gave me even more zits. But it seems to work for everyone else. So....yeah.

Try Clearasil. You can buy it from Walmart. Use the cleansing wash AND the acne pads.

stop eating fried food. drink lots n lots of water. try acne pimple cream from himalaya. try lemon juice on ur face if u hav dry skin then dont use lemon juice

the best thing to use for your acne is noxema facial wash in the shower and when you are dont out of the shower and your face is dry you should use the noxema facial wipes!! they help

proactive.but most liekly it has something to do with a horomonal inbalance.try taking a pregnancy test or check the last time u had ur period.you may be due.
