how do i get the provisions off my prfile and show my ratings?

You are provisionally rated until you play 20 rated games in chess. Once you complete the 20th rated game, your rating will be established, and at that point should appear in your profile, depending on what server you are playing. On ICC, your rating is reflected after every game even when provisional.
