We are relocating to Geneva, Switz. Can anyone recommend a club my family can join that has swimming and golf

I am in Lausanne, so that is not all that far off. the lake is absolutely gorgeous!!!

Now for a club - I admit I am not expert on Geneva, but life in CH is very different. "clubs" are not that frequents, and actual golfing associations are out of the way (e.g. in the countryside), out of price (we are talking in the 100'000 entry fees), and need recommendation.
On the other hand, there are lots of very well kept public pool, open air in summer and sometimes on the lake side. There are sailing clubs in most towns, as well as horseriding quite close to cities (I know there are some excellent ones around Geneva).

Best advice: don't try to replicate your US life when moving to Switzerland!!! you would be miserable. Find the fun new ways, and live differently, you will discover a whole new way of life!
