In windows, just press crtl-alt-del, then when the menu box comes up on-screen, just click on "task manager"...I think you can also find it in your Control Panel, which can be accessed from the Start menu in the bottom left-hand corner of Windows.

You can open it by Pressing any of the 3:
Ctrl + Shift + Esc
Ctrl + Alt + Del
Or right click on the Task bar and press Task Manager

Your system has attacked with virus. If you've not installed anti virus yet, this virus doesn't allow to install. Hence you've to format your hard disc with service pack. But it'll delete all the softwares you've installed so far. next time, if you find any file which is having folder icon and extection as exe (application), dont try to open it. That is virus. Delete it immediately.
