All of the cartridges will l be HP bodies. Thus they will all be HP cartridges. The only things that can be replaced are the ink and interior sponge/air bags. It is illegal to resell a re-manufactured or third party cartridge branded as and HP. Simple answer if it doesn't say HP it is not HP ink.

take a good look at the cartridge. A refilled one will have a hole that was sealed up with glue or a plastic plug. A real one will not have that.
