There is a new road diversion in place now till next year. Coming in from Old Airport Road, follow the flow to Jalan Satu. There, at a signal junction, make a right and follow the road to the back of the hawker centre. You exit the same way, but make right turn to exit to Mountbatten Road. Longer route to reach the place, that is all.

For your information... Old Airport Road Food Centre is under Renovation at the moment... There are still some stalls operate behind the food centre - former car park... Not all stall are operating...

Go by the highway called PIE and you exit at Payah Lebar.Follow the roadsigns and you will get there to enjoy the yummy food over there.Wel i live in Singapore in Bedok.
