they are not Muslims! No no! Like Esqueda suggested, they are Russians from Chechnya. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, age 26, became killed by ability of police because of the fact the suspect became responsible for the bombings pendejo! the two suspects have been brothers! Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19 years old, remains alive and police are finding forward to killing the 2d suspect. they appear as if Arabic, yet their uncle is a Sand Mayate pendejo! They killed Tamerlan already; i understand he's a Muslim, yet he became born in Chechnya, Russia! recover from it now, huh?? i'm actual, you're incorrect! FUGG!

If they are really meteorites, they are very valuable. Take them to a planetary scientist who specializes in meteorites to find out. Also, get in touch with Robet A. Haag, who has spent most of his life finding and trading and selling meteorites. He has a website at www.meteoriteman.com
They might also be geodes, which are rock nodules, sometimes hollow, filled with crystals, in which case they are still valuable, more or less depending on what the crystals look like. But to find this out, you have to break or saw them open.

1)Yes, the would be mildly interested
2)Most meteriors are a nickel/iron alloy- this means they have a grain crystal structure.
3)Contact your local astronomy club- ask them to identify it. They will probably use acid to clean a small area of it, then using a microscope to look at the structure will then compaire it to known meterior structures. They can probably make some pretty good educated guesses.

Most astronomers believe a meteor found immediately after falling would be cold rather than hot. It's up in the air though.

well i think u should take them to a university or museam and see if they can tell you if they really are meteors and if they are they would be really be intrested in buying them for further research because a meteor is really old and contains metals and elements that are left over from when the planets were created millions of years ago.

they look like rocks i saw while building power lines in arkansas. as we were digging the holes the same looking rocks were piling up at the opening of the holes, due to the auger turning, i broke one open with a hammer and it appeared to be flint rock. a local person informed me that they called them arkansas baseballs, and the term meteorite was never mentioned

that is so cool. i wish i found them. but how perfectly smooth it is and how spherical? are you sure its a meteorite? did it have an impact crater? with that size, its crater must be fairly noticeable. you can report it to the local authorities if your sure, then they will refer you. or just sell it at ebay.. so you can make money out of it..

Steal them from your friend, and THEN try to sell them to a university. If they're the real deal then they can be worth a LOT.
