Does it effect the types of qualities of orgasms? Does it effect the ability for female ejacuation?

actually, many women say that their ability to achieve orgasm is highlighted after a hysterectomy.

others say that their orgasms are faster and less intense because the uterus is not there to contract (for more feeling)

if the ovaries have to come out, I would not know what to tell you, (because ihave mine still) but, the clitoris responds to stimulation as well as the vagina.

You don't have to have a uterus to have an orgasm.

Actually the only change is pychological. Don't worry it doesn't effect sex except in the first two weeks after surgery. Don't worry. Its rare during a hysterectomy that the ovaries are taken as well so yeah...dont stress nothing changes much

The only effect is the lack of ability to conceive. Emotional disturbances will be there which can be overcome. Otherwise, it should not affect your sex life. Follow the advice of your doc.

Well, you lost your ovaries- there goes your estrogen. Unless you get supplements that's going to really mess with your sexual response. I'm not sure about the squirting, though.
