Humanities refers to the studies of things that give a culture it's defining characteristics, i.e: art, music, literature, philosophy, language, etc. If getting a job is your goal this is the wrong field, the way to get a good job in today's economy would be to skip college entirely and go to a trade or technical school. Those big shot executives will always need people to fix their computers, cars, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical wiring, design their software, and a host of other things, and they will pay through the nose for it. An appalling number of American young people go into huge debt getting a college degree, then end up living at home, flipping burgers at McDonald's because the degree had no relevance to the existing job market. I know a woman who has a bachelors degree in youth counseling, four years of experience in the field in the Army, and ended up working in the deli at Super Wal-Mart. You also need to work on your English, there is no meaningfull career in this country for people who cannot be understood when they talk. All other things being equal, employers and clients will pick the person that is easiest to work with, if they can't understand a thing you say, you might as well not bother.
